Hello, Im Faith Cummings, I have an Associate in Culinary Arts and an Associate in Food Service Management. My dream has been to open a restaurant for as long as I can remember. I would like to open an International Cuisine restaurant with a different region everyday. I will be using Farm to Table with local farmers, also offering meals for special dietary needs such as Gluten Free, Diverticulosis, Celiacs, Crohns, and Vegan. We will be a pork free facility, hiring students from Mott Community College Culinary Arts Program.
