Ellen Burgess

Ellen Burgess, along with her husband Bill and daughter Aspen own Mr Chip Cookie Co. Mr Chip Cookies makes delicious cookies of all kinds and specializes in unique recipes and custom printed sugar cookies. Their custom printed cookies are produced using an edible ink printer, printing directly on the cookie, not airbrushed or drawn with icing. This allows them to produce cookies with complex logos and photographs. Through their vending booth they bring delicious cookies to area events and are currently working to open their first brick & mortar storefront in Flushing.
